through the purple mountains

through the Purple mountains
Killarney National Park, County Kerry, Ireland

You don't know how difficult it is to get a clear photo while riding in a jaunting car.

This is the second time I rode these cars for two hours through the wilderness of Killarney National Park, and both times I felt like it was the best day of my life. The rain stopped, the sun shone, we bounced along and I felt pure ecstacy.

It's hard to tell, but I'm pretty sure the white blobs on the right are rocks, not sheep, although there were plenty of the latter too. I'll show you some of those up close tomorrow.
