![]() happy hour I decided after posting yesterday's photo to show you one of the band. The singer is Brian, and that's my son Peter (age 24) on the right, lead guitar. You don't see Mike, bass guitarist, and Mark the drummer. The band is currently finalizing recording of their second CD, hoping to expand their horizons outside our local area. When it comes out, I'll let you know in some free and shameless advertising. In this town square concert they covered lots of songs by the likes of Paul Simon, Tracy Chapman, Coldplay, Stevie Ray Vaughn and U2. Their new CD reveals influences of Crowded House, Neil Finn, David Mead, U2, Jason Falkner, Stevie Ray Vaughan, The Smiths, Mozzer, Dwight Yoakam, Robbie Fulks, Martin Sexton, Ron Sexsmith, Lyle Lovett, Roy Orbison, Whiskeytown, Harry Nilsson, Paul McCartney, Jon Brion, and John Mayer.
