Poor little guy. He went to sleep, and look what happened.

I wish there were a tad more contrast between the caterpillar and the background. But it was COLD, and I was squatting UNDER him to try to get some sky. There would have been even less differentiation with the plain ole woods.

Compare his hairs with the cactus 'hairs' of the previous photo.
