Clock & books: over 200 years old

The clock is French, over 200 years old, purchased at Le marché aux puces de Saint-Ouen, the Paris Flea Market. The books were my father's, obtained from where, I don't know. The closed one is The Shorter Poems of John Keats, with no year of publication printed, Ghomas Y. Crowell Co. Publishers, New York (but printed in Great Britain). The open book is Seasons, by James Thomson, published 1788 by Prichard and Hall in Philadelphia. The American mahogany tea box behind them and the game table they sit on are also from the late 1700s, heirlooms from my mother.

This is my entry for the JorgDotOrg photo hunt: a leatherbound book, 1 bonus point if it is not a religious book.
